Homeowner dues are $125.00 per month and a late fee of $10.00 after the 21st of each month.  Effective January 1, 2025, all payments must be submitted either by EFT or Automatic Draft. No cash or personal checks will be accepted. To set up with our automatic draft system, give us a void check and we can set ACH auto withdrawal with your bank.  You can mail a check to Canebrake HOA, 2 Canebrake Blvd., Hattiesburg, MS  39402, or drop off payments at our office at the clubhouse on the lake.  Our office is open Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
